10+ years relevant experience gained in high-end restaurants, Michelin star rated restaurants with 3 years in a similar position, specializing in Korean & Japanese cuisine
Good knowledge of the update market trends and contemporary food presentation
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, Korean speaking are an advantage
A university degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
