At least 5 years working in sizable or multinational company with ideally 2 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition role;recruitment experience in hospitality, food&beverage industry would be a plus
A tertiary qualification ideally in a HR discipline
Demonstrated capability on pasive candidate direct outreach, engagement, cultivation
Excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing
A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
