With minimum of 5 years working experience in a management role in guarding and security field
Experience of working in a customer focused organization with public access
High level of literacy and numeracy
Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of control room operation, CCTV and related systems, intruder alarm systems and automated access control systems
Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
Knowledge and understanding of legislative issues relating to the security industry, including the Data Protection Act.
