5 years or above experience in Fine Dining Restaurant Operation preferably in Italian and International cuisines.
Ability to deliver high level customer service and maximize customer satisfaction Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
Holder of diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French or Italian
Previous work experience in Hong Kong would be an advantage
