Responsible for all communications with our homeowners and work closely with our Residence
Services Manager in the administration of all financial aspects of the Residential operation
To ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed and to supervise the day to day operation of the Residential department.
Drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation and be the advocate
for homeowners and homeownersgoverning bodies.
They will be required to manage the luxury private residences with specific focus on the following
attributes: Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, Home Owners
Association (HOA) Management, Service & Lifestyle and People.
