Minimum 12 years related work experience in human resource activities of which 8 years must be in a
managerial capacity.
Proven track records in working closely with Senior Management, experienced in business partnering,
developing business models for best human resource management.
Strategic, analytical, able to conceptualize and at the same time pay attention to implementation details.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic
teams and commence immediate employment or within short notice will be an advantage.
Ability to impact and influence staff at all levels of the organization.
Good knowledge of local Employment & Industrial Relations Act and proficient in statutory requirements
governing the employment of foreign manpower
