Minimum 10 years of hotel sales and marketing experience with at least 5 years as Director of Sales and Marketing, and currently holding the title of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing
Strong in driving change within hotel and corporate office environments for improving sales performances and revenue enhancement
Strong in business planning and budgeting and setting targets for compliance
Innovative and resourceful and well connected in different markets
Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in Mandarin and English
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or Business or Marketing, Master degree a plus
