Performing all-round HR functions for the Groups hospitality division with multi properties
Work closely with business leaders to strengthen and steer people strategy and implementation, shape and drive HR agenda to deliver value added services in alignment with companys business objectives
Well co-ordinate with stakeholders to improve operational and strategic results in the capacity of leadership development, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and engagement
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in functional HR areas, Industrial & employee relations,
performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, training and organizational development
Formulation and execution of HR policies and projects, management data and reports
Provides insights and key HR data to the region and senior leaders
Ability to act as in internal coach and mentor, providing a framework for other parties to grow and develop
