Administer the team Property Services Department for the provision of effective and efficient property services.
Manage all the property services covering the Administration Building and other club facilities, including all building works, plants and equipment, utility supplies, sewage plants, environmental facilities.., etc., in a safe and comfortable environment, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide professional technical support to Management in carrying out reviews and feasibility studies on new, replacement and/or expansion projects, for the benefit of current or future maintenance.
Provide assistance to other Club facilities in relation to utilities, plants and equipment and machinery employed by the Club.
Continuously review and improve the property services in terms of cost, user-friendliness and environmental protection in order to achieve better performance and higher productivity.
Prepare short-term and long-term plans on maintenance and replacement programmes for plants and equipment in order to ensure smooth on-going operations in a safe manner and as required by laws
